「RWANDA BANANA FIBER PROJECT
（ルワンダ バナナ ファイバー プロジェクト）に参加して」
内容：
アフリカのルワンダの首都キガリにてバナナの繊維の有効利用と女性の就労支援を目的に、一か月間でバナナ繊維の織物と糸紡ぎを教え、商品化するまでのお話をしたいと思います。私の見たアフリカの手工芸の様子や、短期間で様々な技術を教えるために工夫したこと、ルワンダの女性に感動したことなど、滞在中に撮った写真をご覧いただきながらお話しします。バナナ繊維に興味のある方、海外での技術支援に興味のある方、クラウドファンディングに興味のある方などにむけてお話したいと思います。

プロフィール：
女子美術大学工芸科織専攻卒業後、同校元名誉教授の寺村祐子氏に師事、植物染織を学び着物や帯などを中心に制作。2007年デンマーク（コペンハーゲン）にて個展。2012年?2015年廃校を利用した施設「静岡市クリエーター支援センター」で活動。2015年アフリカ・ルワンダにて女性の就労支援のため機織りを指導。帰国後、静岡駅地下街に染織教室 Art＆Craft YUTORIをオープン。

"Join the RWANDA BANANA FIBER PROJECT " YUTORI ART&CRAFT Yuri Inagaki
Contents: This lecture is to discuss the processing and spinning of banana fiber for commercial sale. Our project supports women working in Kigali Rwanda (Africa). There will be a slide show of the lecturer’s photos taken during the visit, African handicraft, and how women developed the ideas to train women in a short amount of time to produce this work.
profile:
After graduating from the Department of Crafts and Women Department of Women's Art University, YURI studied under Mrs. Yuko Teramura of the former emeritus professor at the same school, she studied plant dyeing and produced mainly in kimonos and bands. A solo exhibition in Denmark (Copenhagen) in 2007. Activities at the Shizuoka City Creator Support Center, a facility that used schools from 2012 to 2015. In 2015 Africa ・ Rwanda teaches weavers for women's work support. After returning home, we opened a dyeing classroom Art & Craft YUTORI in Shizuoka station underground shopping area.
